CONFERENCE FEE
The conference fee includes: conference attendance, coffee breaks, lunches, the social aperitif (June 22nd), the social dinner (June 23rd), and the possibility of publication of 1 paper on the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
The social aperitif on June 22nd has a maximum capacity of 200 participants. The social dinner on June 23rd has a maximum capacity of 165 participants.
Important notes
- All fees reported are included VAT
- If you choose Credit Card payment, you will have a 3,5% price increase due to bank commissions
- If you choose PayPal you will have a price increase due to PayPal commission which can vary from 3.40% to 5.44% depending on your country
- On-site registrations will only be possible with credit card payment
- All accepted papers (oral and poster) must be presented live in Turin
- Accompanying person fee does not include the conference attendance
Cancellation policy
- Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@uit2026torino.it
- Up to April 7th, 2026: 30% of the registration fees will be charged
- From April 8th to May 31st, 2026: 60% of the registration fees will be charged
- No refund will be processed for cancellations received from June 1st, 2026
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
