Cancellation policy

Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@uit2026torino.it
Up to April 7th, 2026: 30% of the registration fees will be charged
From April 8th to May 31st, 2026: 60% of the registration fees will be charged
No refund will be processed for cancellations received from June 1st, 2026
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds

Photography/Videography

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout UIT2026 Conference. These can be used by the organizing committee and organizing parties for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third-party publication. Please contact the event organizer (info@uit2026torino.it) if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

We will use the data you provide (your name, organization, position and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent.
